The DXP Ngā Kete user guides set out instructions and information for using the portal.

Introduction to DXP Ngā Kete

DXP Ngā Kete is a secure online system, which collects data and information from Tertiary Education Organisations (TEOs) in the sector and shares it securely with the Tertiary Education Commission (the TEC).

DXP Ngā Kete is used by both TEOs and the TEC. From 1 June 2024:

  • TEOs can securely submit Investment Plans, strategic intent documents and reports to the TEC.
  • TEOs can also securely upload documents for the TEC to view.
  • TEOs can view notices and documents published by the TEC.
  • The TEC can review the data and documents uploaded/submitted by TEOs.

Note: Continue to use STEO for submission of information using the SDR until 2025.

Note: Continue to use WS2 for submission of Other Fund actuals and Gateway returns until October 2024.

Note: Continue to use WS2 for submission of Fees Free data and to view Fees Free documents until further notice.

Portal Overview

Within DXP Ngā Kete there are five tabs:

  • Home – from here you can see the ‘What’s Due’ page with a list of all documents that require action, and the ‘Notifications’ page with a list of all documents the TEC has uploaded for you.

  • Data submissions – this is the working area of the site where you will access and submit commitments, e.g. MoPs and EPICs.

  • Documents – this is the working area of the site where you will view/upload/add your documents.

  • User guides – this is where you can access DXP Ngā Kete user guides.

  • User profile – this is where you’ll see your user settings and log out.
