Glossary: User settings
This user guide describes the fields on the User settings grid and the source system to update them.
User settings grid

| Full name | Full name of the user. | Education Sector Login (ESL) |
| Organisation | Organisations the user has ESL access for. | Education Sector Login (ESL) |
| Mobile number | User’s mobile contact number. | DXP Ngā Kete |
| Phone number | User’s alternate contact number, e.g. landline. | DXP Ngā Kete |
| User’s email address. The user’s ESL email address will populate this field when the user is first set up. Subsequent changes in ESL will not update this field, and subsequent changes in DXP Ngā Kete will not update ESL. | DXP Ngā Kete | |
